Trouble with sound - First check the volume level of your player, then check the volume level of your computer. Does your computer have a sound card? What does a sound card do? It is enables your computer to emit sound.
Trouble with video picture clarity - How old is your computer monitor? Check your video player settings - brightness, contrast etc. Check your monitor settings - brightness, contrast settings and dpi (dots per inch display setting).
Download Video - To avoid the video choppiness caused by unpredictable network delays, you should first download the video file to the hard drive on your computer. Then you can play the video smoothly. Also, this will allow you to view the video multiple times without incurring additional network delays.
